This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled for products and services purchased from EPOS World.

1. Return Period

If you purchase a physical product from EPOS World online, you may request to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

After informing us that you wish to return the item, you must send the product back within 14 days.

Returned products must be unused, in good condition and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables and any included items where possible.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide photos, videos or other evidence of the issue so we can check the problem and arrange the correct solution.

4. EPOS Hardware Returns

EPOS hardware such as tills, printers, cash drawers, card machines and accessories must be returned in suitable condition.

If the product has been installed, used, damaged, scratched, modified or returned without important parts, EPOS World may refuse the return or reduce the refund amount.

5. Software, Website and Digital Services

Software subscriptions, website subscriptions, downloadable software and digital setup services are generally non-refundable once the service has started, been activated, downloaded or work has begun.

If a service has not yet started, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request.

6. Return Delivery Cost

The customer is responsible for return delivery costs unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products. EPOS World is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return delivery.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Refund times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Delivery Charge Refund

If the full order is returned under your cancellation rights, we will refund the standard delivery charge where required by law.

Extra delivery services, faster delivery upgrades or additional courier charges may not be refundable.

9. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on product availability and the condition of the returned item.

10. Warranty Support

Some products may include supplier or manufacturer warranty. Warranty cover depends on the product type and warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, poor network connection, third-party software issues, incorrect installation or unauthorised repair.
