By purchasing products or services from EPOS World, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products and Services

EPOS World provides EPOS hardware, EPOS software, printers, cash drawers, card machines, website subscription services, downloadable software and related business technology solutions.

Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided for guidance. Actual product design, colour, packaging or minor specifications may vary depending on stock availability and supplier updates.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£). EPOS World reserves the right to update product prices, service fees or offers at any time.

Any special offer or discounted price will only apply during the stated offer period.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once payment or an agreed deposit has been received. EPOS World may contact the customer to confirm product details, delivery address or service requirements before processing the order.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment may be required before dispatch or service activation. For some EPOS hardware and service packages, EPOS World may accept a partial payment or deposit to begin the order process.

Any remaining balance must be paid as agreed before installation, delivery completion or service handover.

5. Delivery

EPOS hardware and physical products are delivered using a UK delivery company. Some items may be heavy or large, such as EPOS systems, printers and cash drawers.

We aim to deliver orders within 4–6 working days, depending on stock availability, item size, courier service and delivery location.

Delivery delays may happen due to courier issues, supplier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

6. Installation and Setup

Where installation or setup is included, EPOS World will arrange the service with the customer. The customer must provide access to the premises, stable internet connection, power supply and any required business information.

EPOS World is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, poor internet connection, unavailable access or third-party issues.

7. EPOS Software Subscription

EPOS software may be provided on a monthly subscription basis. The agreed monthly software subscription fee must be paid on time to keep the software active.

If a free software period is offered, the paid monthly subscription will begin after the free period ends unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Website Subscription

Website service may be provided as a monthly subscription. This may include website support, basic updates and online business presence, depending on the agreed package.

Website subscription fees must be paid monthly from the agreed start date or website go-live date.

9. Free Gifts and Promotional Items

Any free gift, such as a cash drawer, kitchen printer, waiter app access, free website period or software offer, is provided only as part of a specific promotion or agreed package.

Free gifts have no separate cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or refunded separately.

10. Returns and Refunds

Customers must check products after delivery and report any issue as soon as possible.

Returns may only be accepted if the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described. The product must be returned in suitable condition with original packaging where possible.

EPOS World may refuse returns where the product has been used, damaged by the customer, installed incorrectly, or where the issue is caused by misuse, third-party software, poor internet connection or external hardware.

Software subscriptions, website services, setup fees, installation fees and digital/downloadable products are generally non-refundable once activated, delivered or work has started.

11. Warranty and Support

Hardware warranty may depend on the product type, supplier and manufacturer warranty terms.

EPOS World will provide reasonable support for products and services purchased from us. Support does not cover customer internet problems, third-party system issues, damage caused by misuse, or changes made by someone outside EPOS World.

12. Internet and Network Responsibility

EPOS systems, printers and online services may require a stable internet connection or local network. The customer is responsible for providing reliable WiFi, Ethernet, router access and internet service.

EPOS World is not responsible for slow performance, printing delays or connection problems caused by poor internet, router issues, network restrictions or third-party service outages.

13. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide correct business details, delivery address, contact information and any required setup information.

The customer is responsible for using the products and services correctly and keeping login details, passwords and business data secure.

14. Limitation of Liability

EPOS World will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data or third-party service failure.

Our responsibility is limited to the product or service purchased from EPOS World, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

15. Changes to Terms

EPOS World may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
